Mondays

Todays highlights... work, got my sample wallpapers in, had dinner with Brandon and then BSF (Bible Study Fellowship). Yep for those of you who don't know already I have been in BSF for six weeks now. Studying the book of John. I am learning a ton. I go on Mondays at night... it is a great way to start your week off right. Tomorrow we (Bryan, Pam, Brandon and I) are taking a trip to Denton to see Brooke on her 21st Birthday.

Electricity

I am so proud to say we have electricity again. We were without electricity for almost 3 days. It was so cold at our house, it was 50 degrees inside. We turned on our fireplace and got the house up to 60 degrees. My parents offered us to come stay at their house until the electricity came back on. It was sweet for them to offer. Brandon was miserable because no tv... so he went to Serv Pro and borrowed one from them! How sweet it was of Bryan and Pam to let us use the generator. Now we could at least watch tv! Brandon and I don't know how they use to do it way back when.

After work today I wanted to hang with my sister.
I called and asked her if she would like to come over and help me make some tutus for my work. Stormie told me ya that she would come over. We played for about two hours and then Brandon got home and shortly after he had to leave to go back to work so that gave Storm and I more free time for sister bonding. Well we thought it would be nice to go to eat (on the border). Food was great and so was the conversation. I love my sister. We were one block away from my house when....

Wheel is caved in more than it looks. Heads up Shay and Andrew my dad will be calling you tomorrow about this! Yup someone ran a stop sign and right into me and my sister tonight.Thank God we only got the tail end of it or we could have been seriously hurt.

Poor Stormie... First car and a couple months into it someone runs into her. Remember Storm God works in mysterious ways. Love you Sister everything will be okay!!!

A Days Work

Went to work today and made some tutu dresses and tutus!

Now I am starving... Brandon is taking me to get SEAFOOD!

What a Day

I woke up today at 7:50 am. The pest control man was going to be at our house at 8 am. So I got up and got ready, had some coffee, fixed my hair, did some work things on the internet and then I look up and it is already 9:20 am. Oh and the PEST CONTROL man had not came yet. Brandon called and asked if they were coming today and the company said oh sorry we mixed up times of where to be at what time. Finally they showed up at 9:45 am, better late then never.

So between when I woke up and the pest control man not coming and then showing up I decided that I would do what SHAY wants... She has been telling me forever to set up a blog. She wants to see what my house looks like and pictures and know what I am doing from day to day. So this blog is in honor of Shay!!!

Brandon also had our flood lights fixed today! Free of charge by the way wooo hooo. Brandon noticed that there was a man next door fixing the neighbors windows so he went over and now we are getting two new windows in the front of our house. We have so much going on right now. We also got a sprinkler system this week. I am so excited that we are doing things to our house. I really love living here! Brandon and I are also going to redo our shower (not by choice). But regardless I am super excited about that too!!!

I went to work made some cute tutu dresses and skirts and then I called it a day when my friend Taylor showed up with Finleigh her little girl. We made her a tutu skirt for a wedding tomorrow and now Brandon, Taylor, Finleigh and I are going out to eat wherever Taylor drives us!!!! Tune in for more soon!
